yeah, after undergrad, i've always lived in semi-metro apartments/condos. living literally downtown is always a fucking dumpsterfire. the downtown area of my city is practically all 17-20 year olds with fake IDs and homeless people pissing/shitting on themselves. i'm almost 40... what the fuck do i want that shit for?
