This week we finally heard about a masked customer threatening an unmasked couple in a Port Elgin store. He allegedly smashed their tail light, which was deplorable but perhaps a preview of what the vaccinated think of the anti-vax creatures howling outside hospitals, invading stores and terrorizing politicians in their homes. You’re awful, we think.

The underlying sentiment: incredulity at your continued existence in these times of "emergency". Leftists put up with your cultures and ideas and religion when things were good because we could afford such "nonsense" in those times of plenty, but now that things are bad (by their own hands...)? Well now it's time for you to give up your childish behavior (deeply held principles) and get in line (with global communism).
It's like how mass demonstrations over "racial justice" during a supposedly deadly pandemic were totally good and necessary but going to church (aka observing two-thousand year-old religious traditions) was irresponsible behavior that needed to be shut down. There's no coherence or consistency at play there. It's a brazen "friend or foe" distinction.
In the end, that's what this permanent state of emergency is all about: eliminating tolerance for cultures and ideologies that oppose leftism. You see this attitude everywhere.
