In Germany the supreme court banned all unvaxxed from their premises. No unvaxxed lawyers, plaintiffs, journalists, audience, etc allowed. Take THAT for a black pill when wondering how they would rule in case of a vax mandate case.
After 25 years of hearing internet Euros telling me how "weird" American culture is and why are they obsessed with guns and why do they distrust their government so much and our governments actually care for their people, I have no desire to save them from their "good" governments they've spoke so highly about all this time.
Well they haven't ruled on any federal vaccine mandate cases yet.
They have ruled in favor of state mandates so far so you are technically correct that they have established themselves as pro-mandate but so far only when it comes to state imposed mandates.
For the Media. Probably trying to get a head start on the 'SCOTUS votes against mandates and 3 are vaxxed so they're obviously anti vaxxer" narrative they'll inevitably push.
If so, that will be Robert's Dread Scott moment on the bench and his legacy. If they rule for the mandate its a matter of where and when our next Lexington Green happens.
This is the sinking feeling I have deep in my gut. I’d they weren’t going to rule in favor, why would they take the case? They should have left the decision stand in the lower courts (that mandates are unconstitutional).
The latest lower court decision from the three judge panel in the Sixth circuit actually fucked us and dissolved the stay. The decision before that in the Fifth circuit was the good one where they said it was unconstitutional.
If the Supreme Court didn't take the case now then it meant that the latest decision in favor of mandates would have been allowed to continue undeterred.
We actually needed them to take the case up, if they didn't take it then the latest decision from the sixth where the stay was dissolved would continue to be in effect.
I laugh at your weak black pill.

That is not a blackpill, that is a death knell for freedom.
I am sorry to hear what is going on in Germany.
History rhymes once again sadly.
There won't be yanks coming over the hill to save them this time though...

Same here. Germans and French especially are insufferable in this regard.
Klaus Schwab is not a "yank".
They are one step from breaking out the Hugo Boss coats.
Could be set up for "we are anti mandate, but pro vax'.
Or just the media pressing for irrelevant information.
They’ve already established themselves as pro mandate

I hope this is what this whole announcement is about.
"See how virtuous we are!"

SCOTUS is going to rule in favor of the mandate. We all know it.
If so, that will be Robert's Dread Scott moment on the bench and his legacy. If they rule for the mandate its a matter of where and when our next Lexington Green happens.

Well I still hope that they actually follow the Constitution this one time and rule against the mandates.
They will support the mandate. That's a given. What isn't a given yet is what YOU will do?
meh just vibe bro no one is gonna die trying to inject us yet but when they do... someone is going to die
