It's not a bad game, from the same studio as Hatred. It does get kinda crunchy with units late game because everyone is upgraded and you'll need to frequently retreat to build up forces. Don't even know how you'd control units on a switch as opposed to control groups and the PC.

Still, I find the historical aspects really good, the Harold Godwinson campaign about beating Harold Hadrada and Edward the Bastard, as well as the Slavs with Mieszko and how modern Poland was formed on borders he carved out about a thousand years ago.

There is also the Saladin DLC campaign and while it has some neat mechanics like horse archers, it boils down to "Crusaders did everything wrong". You can skip that.
