I just noticed the "us vs them" hint here. 2018.

This was three years ago, so the answer to that question is Amy Coney Barrett.
Actually, wasn't RBG still alive?
It was just SOOO important to replace RGB with another woman, despite the evidence that women don't grasp justice or ethics the same way as men do.
Which is such a problem that they had to cook up an "alternative" method for evaluating morality and justice in women to avoid the appearance of defects.
Trump was too busy pandering to white women with feminism to realize that the only way to win a majority of the female vote is to promise them hatred of men.
Should have pushed harder to get non-white votes. He would have won for sure. Maybe he still did, without the stuffed ballots.
Ah yeah, I'm not so great about noticing dates, even though this time you put it right in the title. And yeah, RBG was still alive in 2018.
Are you predicting that if this gets to the SCOTUS (which I unfortunately doubt it will), it will be 5-4 with Roberts and Barrett voting to uphold?
Well, it would have back then, I think it's far too late now.
And why is that?
Because this happened in 2018. Whatever consequences came from it are long passed.
