Well now, if tell you the secret rule would just mean the secret rule will stop being secret! You wouldn't want that, would you? Plus it will allow you to circumvent the rules and avoid getting banned. It is very important for you to not know the laws and regulations, that way you won't do everything in your power to avoid getting caught!
