Where I work they are 80% women in every department except mine. They still hold women empowering seminaries and since the IT department is not 80% women we have an unspoken rule of hiring every women that is willing to do the job and is not a complete moron. I'm not holding my breath for sex discrimination laws to ever protect guys. At least not in my lifetime.

On a somewhat silver lining, my work consists mostly from correcting and helping out the diversity hires. I would probably have a different job if it was not for them.
