Kotaku was bitching how nintendo japan, only 5% of its management were female.
And look how well they were doing. Why change a winning formula?
Clearly some woke infiltrators already had their foot in the door at the company for this to happen. The old guard is old and probably tired of fighting them, and was swayed by the financial incentives other people commented. It's classic boomer management mentality. "We need to get the Kotaku readers back on board. What's a few women going to hurt? People already buying our games now won't stop. This can only help." They don't realize there's no winning with the left.
Now the new hires will install more infiltrators, and Nintendo will keep cucking to Kotaku as they write articles such as "LGBT-positive games will help Nintendo grow" and "Why Japanese developers need more Diversity."

It's literally a "steal your jobs" program. Management is where men go when they're older and they're working t f-you out of that.
Ask them what their plans are to make the HR departmemt 50% male.

I bet quality will definitely go down.. it cant be a coincidence that games have been shit in last 10 years. Any company that used to make good games have gone to shit with more diverse or more women on its payroll.
Its been bad with covid.. battlefield, back4blood, cyberpunk.. all sucked.
