It should be an unofficial rule to archive all tweets before posting them. Too many aren't verifiable after. Tweets deleted after they become noticed, account put into private/hidden mode, entire post history deleted. Banned or deleted accounts too.

Some accounts were previously archived, so you can tell if they existed, or the the type of content someone posted, but it's not as good as archiving actual tweets.
