Yeah they kept the rules about violent speech but constant attacks on other members for their ethnicity is okay.

Because muzzies are, as a whole, destructive, and the Chinese are not an ethnic minority, they are a political group hell-bent on world domination. I won't defend them unless they are being defamed beyond reason and it isn't a joke.

What part of Chinese is not an ethnic group don't you understand? Chinese is a generic term for people from China, but they are not all the same race. Han is the dominant ethnic group in China, which is the one your kind of people call chinese. There are more than just Han Chinese people.
