After people pointed out the unequal enforcement of rule 16 DoM started banning him back to back to appear impartial since basically everything he says qualifies.
I would petition to have 16 repealed if I were you.
Mmmm I would try for 16 first, at least until you get banned again. You got the name recognition so it might get some steam.
