I mean, there need not be a rule against ban evasion, as it's blatantly obvious.
Good point... But we are dealing with autists here in many situations. Azure knows this, and yet keeps coming back.
If repeated bans don't stop him, a rule won't.
Or we need more jannies dedicated to cleaning up dirty toilets... heh!
