If it took so long for a jury to reach a verdict with such clear, favorable evidence for Kyle, then what hope does anyone else have in a trial where they won’t have all this video proof of the incident?

The only reason he was acquitted was because the people he killed were outwardly white. If they had been any other color he'd have gotten life times a million for defending himself in a hateful and racist manner. And the only reason the NPCs are so against him is that they were somehow lead to believe that Kyle killed a bunch of black people. Even now that some of them realize they're wrong, they can't change their opinion or they'll lose face and appear impious.
You can defend yourself, but only against white people. Nobody cares when white people are killed.
