Not if, when, and the narrative will be continually propped up until the elites can use the blame to further their own agendas. Most likely, if Trump decides to run for president in 2024, you'll see the media narrative slowly shift to him to blame him and Operation Warpspeed for pushing out such a shoddy project that he forced into everyone's veins while Biden was installed.
