He wasn't under oath so it can't be perjury. However, candor to the courts is a requirement to keeping one's law license. And Robert Barnes has said that he's going to make it a personal project of his to see that Binger loses his law license.

That Barnes is working on this is the best news I've heard all day. The closing arguments from Binger were awful.
