Can someone please explain to me why western fujoshis are like this but fujoshis from Japan aren’t? Like fucking hell, it’s really annoying, which is part of why my only exposure to these sorts of people are when I have to travel for fighting game tournaments.
Well, in Japan, people who obsess over the medium often go into extreme isolation. In America, they circle jerk with others, which only makes them act out more to compete with one another. Both are bad, but the latter is far more obnoxious. My theory is that it has to do with How different each country's social dynamic operates. You are expected to be very introverted in Japan when conversing with strangers, where in America it's the opposite. I know it's more nuance than that, but at face value, that's about it.
Fujoshis in Japan see it as a joke or a scene, but not as a part of them completely. Sort of like the guy who plays toughs on shows can act tough, and then orders Vegan water at a restaurant.
Ahhh, another woman who pretends to be an anime boy. Good to know they are all fetishist fujoshit bitches.
Fortunately, Plebcomics drew a perfect response to this sort of raving insanity.
Tl;dr don't let your fetishes run & ruin your life, kids. Or ruin others' lives by spreading like a social contagion, for that matter.
Pleb is still alive? NOICE.

Japanese women still have shame.

In Japan it's just the medium they use.
For these people it's a part of the fetish.
That's the only explanation.
These types of people just drain the energy from the room. A constant barrage of "look at me, look at me, love me, I'm so quirky!"
"I'm not non binary, but I'm very feminine."
He words that as if they are synonymous. They don't even understand their own bullshit.
Japanese does trap/futa/yaoi/yuri well. The west does some cringey shit.
