They didn’t make the movies for their audience. Hell Disney bought Star Wars to increase their appeal for boys. Same with marvel. Disney had the little girl market cornered for entertainment with all the princess stuff, but did not have anything that was a guaranteed win with 90% of boys. Then marvel started to do more girl power bs, and KK went the force is female bs right out the gates. Disney’s ceo should have fired kk and cleared house at marvel right away for destroying brand value.
