Don't get me wrong, the dog experiments sound grotesque but its pretty obvious now that COVID was created using NIH funding. But in todays clown world, human lives lost mean nothing compared to the suffering of dogs.

Honestly, it is trending because it is allowed to be.
That hashtag probably would have gone trending a long while ago if they would allow it to go trending, but they can't allow it to go trending if the reason for it is in any way, shape or form related to COVID.
