The judiciary as a whole is completely illegitimate and has been for two centuries. Judicial review is not real. John Roberts made it up, and he did it because he was an egomaniac and a tyrant who saw himself as a god.

This seems like a bizarre statement by judges - to suggest that a given political decision was the only choice. Also, it's demonstrably false as in many European countries, health care workers are not required to be vaccinated, but instead constantly tested and masked.
