Well a SEAL is a SEAL because they have access to military resources. Take those away and you have a pissed off, highly trained guy with access to deadly weapons. Nothing bad could happen there.
It honestly depends, marsoc usually has a large hand in training insurgents, swcc, seals, and scout snipers also do depending on needs. However, usually the army has the most exposure to foreign special forces and training. So it’s kind of random by country, anything in Africa is usually navy or marines, the sandbox had a large balance, Central America was predominantly army and some navy.
