Megacorporation administers millions of doses of a new chemical because they swear it is harmless and we must trust doctors
Lots of people immediately get sick after taking the chemical
Megacorporation announces that this is because the doctors are all angling their needles incorrectly, and the chemical is still entirely safe.

Seriously, you cannot just accept this convenient excuse. The truth is right in front of you!
