Lawsuits take time. Years sometimes. In the meanwhile you may not have a job.

They are betting that they can last longer not being fully staffed than you can last without a job.

And then they are sure to say oh then you can't get welfare or unemployment without the DNA modifying shot ..

Takes time but as it progresses, the damage racks up also unless a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is issued. There is a good chance a TRO will be issued in some of the lawsuits that will be pushed.
