You have some very legitimate complaints but it's important to pour your frustration into being productive and taking steps toward achieving your goals. For your job, it sounds like you're underpaid. The first step, would be to ask your boss for a raise. Go to your boss with hard numbers showing how much more work you get done than other people and there's a pretty good chance you'd get it. If not, is there a different company that does similar work in your area that you could apply for? Or would it make sense to relocate? If your job doesn't pay well and there aren't any other competitors you can jump to, then probably your industry isn't very lucrative and it might make sense to change to a different field. If nothing else, just getting a class A CDL in most parts of the country will lead to a job with a pretty decent income (as long as you have a clean driving record). If you're into tech, doing a code academy can be a good way to break into that field and there's tons of remote work for that so you can literally live anywhere with a good internet connection even if your job is elsewhere.

You can absolutely buy a house. Banks will lend you plenty of money as long as you have a job. And there are plenty of federal and state programs too. For example, you can get an FHA loan in a county that's classified as "rural" and put 0% down. My county is considered rural even though I'm pretty close to major metropolitan areas and a lot of it is suburban so go figure. And there are literally dozens of other programs to make it easier. A mortgage broker can walk you through it, or a lot of banks have classes on how all that stuff works.

I understand how difficult the pandemic has been. I've been plenty depressed myself at times. Are you a member of a church? That's been the only thing keeping me sane through all of this. God will be with you if you ask him for help and guidance. I'll pray for you.
