This paper was just released: https://www.poverty-action.org/sites/default/files/publications/Mask_RCT____Symptomatic_Seropositivity_083121.pdf which states, "...we find an imprecise zero,..." for the effectiveness of cloth masks. All the media coverage is crowing that it shows masks work (because it showed an 11% reduction in symptomatic seroprevalence for surgical masks) despite it showing the opposite for the type of mask that 90% of people are wearing. If they do mention the results for cloth masks, which NBC as example didn't, it is 100% below the fold and always accompanied by a hedging statement like "better than nothing" despite the paper indicating it is actually no different than nothing.

The injections do not reduce replication. Mutations occur during replication. Individuals also have more significant symptoms and are more contagious when they have more of the virus.
If we used the drugs that have shown to reduce replication of viruses when provided early, it will do what we need it to do. Prevent hospitalizations and deaths. Reduce infections. Reduce mutations. It also allows healthy individuals to build a far stronger and longer lasting immune response in a safer way.
They are worse than nothing due to poor compliance. Touched your mask, trash it. Wore it for more than a few hours, trash it. Sneezed, trash it. Around others who sneezed or coughed, trash it. All it does is provide an additional vector for spreading disease. It is monumentally retarded to say cloth masks work. Every official who advocated for there use should be thrown in to a mass porcine grave and burned alive.
