Like, I get if, the chain of command, and "respecting authority" is, and has always been, a big thing in the military, but to use that... "Culture", for political ends, like this, because your "leader" is a fragile, demented narcissist who, anyone can see, patently fucked up... That's honestly kind of worrying...
Especially to enforce this on retired personnel. That's next level creepy and fucked up. However I can't say I'm surprised, really, to be honest...
The military wasn't following the rules when they refused Trump's orders to pull troops out of Syria. There's also a ton of smoke indicating that Trump did attempt to invoke the insurrection act and was denied by top military brass.
As per usual, rules are only for the enemies of globalism and leftism.
