Mortality rate? They have had around 950 deaths in the last 18 months. Population 25 million.
Average age of death. 84.6 years.
Of those over age 90 who contract covid, 60% survive.
It is an almost non-existent illness.
The usual signs of vulnerablity include leukemia, dementia, heart disease, liver cancer, beng on anti-cancer drugs...
You get the picture. If you are at death's door, covid may push you through it, but not otherwise.
This seems to indicate this is a permanent state then, since it’s been established without just cause to begin with.
