I've moved away from almost every google product except gmail, time to slowly move away from that too.

Google is a subverted organisation and it died in 2016.

Host your own domain and email. Pretty cheap to get going. I started about a month ago and have slowly been manually deleting all of my Google photos and changing email address associated with logins on various websites/services.
