It's never all of any group, of course. But Judaism instills an ideology to its adherents and that ideology manifests in their behavior.
Then why only a minority of a minority does that, and it is the same for whites too?
It's really not that much of a minority. They're quite over-represented in a lot of places, considering they're like 2% of the population in the US.
