This is lockdown number six, for Victoria (so far). There were TWO new cases today. SIX in Victoria in total. ALL in Metro Melbourne. None in regional areas, yet they will still ALL have to suffer the same rules, and the same restrictions, or rather, the same taking away of their fundamental human rights...
The man is... Evil. He breathlessly spouted lie after lie, and at one point even said that if Victorians don't play along, and "obey all the rules", he will place the whole state into a continuous lockdown until at least 80% of them are fully vaccinated...
That's not just morally repugnant and scientifically insane - it is genuinely evil. The worst kind of evil, too - the banal sort...
And then he had the audacity, the sheer gall, to jump on the "tragedy" that an unvaccinated (read: "scum") 27 year old died yesterday in Sydney...
What about those in their 20s who will die from lockdown, Dan? I turned 27 last week - what if this pushes me to the point of no return? Will you care then? Will that be a "tragedy" to you? Of course not, you corrupt fascist bastard. You don't even give a flying fuck, when it doesn't suit your bullshit agenda of gathering more power, and causing people to suffer more indignity. You don't care. You're the worst kind of politician. The worst I have ever seen.

I know personally of three kids who were just on the verge of leaving school and entering the real world....all of which committed suicide between the months of March through June...these kids were in group therapy with me. Because of Covid fears, our local psych ward had to put a stop to meet ups for a while. That's when the first one decided to take their life. Because the one thing that was helping them was taken away from them. Over the next few months, two more followed suit. Because they felt they had nothing to live for. No hope. Nothing.
How do I know this? Because I tried to commit suicide last Christmas and was attending group therapy sessions with them. I had to hear our counselors deliver the unfortunate news one by one.
If I have to hear that fucking lie of "we are all in this together" while a FUCKING CUNT like Dan Andrews keeps giving himself pay rise after pay rise while locking his state down and destroying it systematically then I think I'm gonna fucking puke!
