I’m normally on board with this kind of sentiment but tricking girls in to a a doomed industry with an exceptionally shitty work-life balance isn’t exactly a sign of female supremacy.
How exactly is trucking a doomed industry? There really isn't an alternative for supply chains, at least in the US
Are you familiar with self driving trucks?
People can shit on the tech all they want, they will be replacing drivers in the very near term.
I'll believe it when I see it on the roads. AI is a shitty meme
You're thinking about it from the wrong angle.
The individuals moving into it might have a shitty time, but the collective will be happy to kick men out of yet another industry.
Someone pointed this out of a while back. These groups form and they need something to go after to maintain group coherency. If they run out the group dissolves. That's why they choose worse and worse targets over time because the need to continue the hate group going is stronger than the desire to not attack people who don't deserve it.
I would also point out though, that they talk fairly openly about their desire to simply squeeze more profits from women's labor, and the thing that's in their way is women having kids or children. Their most profitable scenario is one where women have to work because they have no other choice whether the job is miserable or not.

Billions of dollars of research to make this happen.
Women make up 47% of the work force, 99% of the cushy jobs that anyone can do in comfortable environments where they make problems for everyone else because no one is there to enforce social norms, and 100% of the useless jobs no one needs to exist because they needed to make a spot for themselves and those jobs are all there only to make life difficult for everyone else.
Yeah, pretty much. 99% of workplace deaths are men. Men do all of the work. We just pay women to be around and push papers, boss men around because, you know, EQUALITY and shit.
actually, that's a little unfair. I've met some really great, friendly, efficient office clerks and sales reps that are women and provide value. women are really great at following a set procedure, cultivating a pleasant attitude, and minding the details.
Not sure why this won't archive. It always pulls it back to the first post in the thread.
Can't get it to work either, but an archive here anyway: https://archive.ph/jRl8o the post in question is bolded, search "Promoting more lady truckers"
Good thread overall looking into where spending in the infrastructure bill is going to.
edit: If you download the archive browser extension, highlight the text you want it to jump to, and click the extension button, it might work.
Yeah, see what I mean? It doesn't work properly.
