The Russian army has been greatly downsized. They actually have only 1 division anymore (the rest turned into brigades and such, or disbanded).

It not even mentioned in Wikipedia still listing the divisions but they have no divisions for half decade now. They have one tank "army" (division sized).

Also their total military manpower is only roughly half of American.
