They also have druggies and fuckups who have nothing to really lose from being arrested, who are perfectly fine with doing all of the dirty work. They are allowed to shoot you. They might be untrained pussies, but they are exempt from punishment. A zerg, if you will.
Fighting is essentially what they want, what their investors want, and it would bring this country to ruin in any meaningful exchange.
