Umm, so? You do realize that business partners can and do sue each other constantly, and continue to do business during and after the suits are resolved, right?
I got rid of Facebook nearly a decade ago and don't miss it at all, but a lot of people use it. Presumably this is money that Candace thinks is worth spending for the service that Facebook provides to reach those people, despite the disagreements she has with Facebook itself.
They'll work their shit out in court, someone will be awarded damages or not, and they'll continue to operate in whatever manner they think is most advantageous to their cause.
Also, I'll just note, Candace seems to be doing alright if her organization is able to spend 7 figures on Facebook advertising alone. I don't (and won't) give her any money, but a lot of people must be.
