But when I started looking at reality I realized it's not a logical position. It doesn't matter if race is just a sociological construct - it's still real. Thanks to mixing in America and more recent actions of globohomo in Europe, whites are more aligned with one another than other races and no longer see each other by ethnicities. White people are defined by others as a race too, and either attacked or identified with on that basis. Nobody cares if you're German or English. Some people (of any race) might decide they want to live in a "white" neighborhood - not an English neighborhood. The Black dude fucking Jack's girlfriend just wanted to fuck a white bitch. How many people put down "Italian American" or "Irish American" on government forms and job applications? Most of the time you can't. It's not an option. So you put "White" or "Caucasian" instead of "Mixed Race" or "Other".
We can't mark ourselves as "White" on forms and then claim we don't care about or identify with a "White" race.
On a small scale, Koreans and Japanese may still see themselves as different races. But on a global scale - in a "multicultural" society - larger groups form and the major racial categories start to matter more than ethnicity. Like it or not if we go by today's sociological definition of "race", White is a race. Any denigration against that identification is racist. Any pride in that race is just as acceptable as pride in another race.
