No you can not.
Please don't make excuses for African-Americans and their poor choices and their culture of crime because they have the same agency as you and I: they are not retards or infants and they are not your pets.
Please treat the blacks with quality and the same lofty ideals you expect from everyone else, rather than treating them all like competitors in the Minda Olympics.
The LAST thing the blacks need is people like you making moar excuses for their failures.
