No, it no longer represents the left's idea of democracy and freedom, which actually isn't either. It still represents all Americans, but some have chosen to not hold true to the ideals on which this country was founded. Those are the people it doesn't represent, and if they don't like the way the country works they can feel free to leave.
That's because Puerto RIco has repeatedly voted it down - if they wanted to be a state, they would have done it already. They want the benefits of being part of America without the responsibility to the nation that comes with statehood. DC, on the other hand, was never intended to be a state, because it would place the location in a position of power over all the other states in the union.
And whose fault is that? With the leftists flogging race division and white guilt on all of us, all while lining their own pockets with big corporate funds, it's pretty easy to see where the divisions are coming from. It's just as bad out there for a poor white family as it is for a poor black family, but champagne socialists like Gray can't see that because they're looking down from atop their pile of money.

'Cause honestly, we are all ashamed of you too
so if she doesn't like America and doesn't want to be a force for changing it, screw her. She and her ilk can leave, and we'll start rebuilding.
