If you can find an extreme example were a theory is wrong it proves the theory wrong. If you find an example (although I do not agree with your example) were a theory applies correctly it does not prove the theory correct.
At least that is how it works in math. So my argument is a valid rebuttal to CRT, your argument is not a valid point for CRT.
