Bungie is committed to uplifting the voices of its employees who identify as women

As opposed to...the employees who are women but don't identify as such??

“I want Bungie to be a place where great talent – no matter who they are, where they are from, or how they identify – can not only come and do their best work, they can thrive,” said Bungie CEO Pete Parsons.

I mean, im pretty sure all work places already fall under that category since the equal pay act of 1963.... shame on you Bungie you bigots.

Over the past year, one of the many ways Bungie has put that belief into action is through the creation of new inclusion clubs, affinity organizations of Bungie employees who work to represent underrepresented groups within the studio and the gaming industry at large.

This is why Destiny 2 hasnt had that Renewed PVP focus in 2 fucking years... theyre wasting all their recourses on shit like this

Recently members of the Women@Bungie inclusion club have been putting its mission statement into practice through the creation of an exclusive collectible International Women’s Day pin, which went on sale in March (and is available now on the Bungie Store) to celebrate Women’s History Month. All profits generated from the sale of the pin in March – totaling more than $125,000 – are being donated to AnitaB.org

Bungie were already a bunch of woke lunatics, with their pride emblems and badges, and prostrating themselves before BLM.

That, and their community managers and other staff with pronouns in their Twitter bios, a sure sign of someone to avoid.

The same as many great games companies (looking at you Bioware), the quality original staff have all left, leaving an empty husk of what was there before.

Ever since Bungie bought themselves out from Activision, their output has been poor. Then they go and accept $100mil from China to undoubtably make some awful new IP.

I shudder to think how bad their new project, Matter, is going to be.
