Only for a broader definition of "as men are." If the draft is to exist it should only be for training, not for service: if you're worried about the Soviets invading then you'd want your people to be in a state of readiness, but the government should not have the power to force people to fight a war they don't support for a price they are unwilling to accept.
Giving women the right to vote while not being conscripted to the Draft when the nation calls for their service is a privilege.
