Non cosmetic 'plastic surgery' is one of the worst things ever invented.

Why would any of these vainglorious women get something that looks natural? It totally defeats the purpose, which is shit with sugar on boasting.

The bigger and more voluminous the fake tits the shitter the soul is surely the equation.
