Not sure tbh. I used Spotify for a few years but canceled due to their woke bullshit. I have a bunch of music downloaded from over the years and don't really care to find new stuff even though I'm probably missing out on songs I'd enjoy.
I grew up with hundreds of CDs, then mp3s, then the streaming services.
There is no easy way to find good music anymore. Every service is payola garbage and media managers pushing pop and rap to the front of EVERYTHING. Ive had apple, Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and SoundCloud.
It’s the same fuckin trash lists pushed to the front across all of them. They are not different at all from one another.
the only music i listen to anymore are DJ sets for exercising. As a music fan of 30+ years, it’s pretty much dead to me at this point. The effort needed to find quality stuff is no longer worth the tiny output I receive.
YouTube is the best discovery tool I have found. Lots of smaller and indie artists still jamming real music, and once you "like" some songs it keeps recommending similar tracks.
Pretty naive to expect those lists not to be tampered by corporate interests. Pretty stupid of the artist to call for people to use more the corrupt app.
Nicki Minaj is still relevant? I thought they replace her with Carbi B, and then replaced both of them with Megan Thee Stallion.
We just need Riley Reid and Mia Khalifa to reinvigorate their rap careers
Lol at using iTunes

Yeah, VLC is a pretty solid media player on Android.
Music industry has been engaged in payola for as long as there's been a music industry.
