You can tell that the political machine changed it's stance on the Wuhan Virus as soon as it knew that it could push out mail-in ballots. This is when the shift from "Focus on Russia, stop talking about that it's just the flu!" to "This is the most deadly thing ever! You need to wear a mask all the time!"
