This guy has his head far up his ass and his comment section is turned off so you can't even correct him on what he is talking about. This looks like a step up in ATM services but none of this has to do with Covid and everything to do with more options for security measures you may have set-up with that banking institution since it is easier to steal someone's card details to steal money from accounts at older type ATMs.
