The media loves lying by omission. They do it all the time.
Lying by omission, selective coverage, abbreviated headlines, association fallacy... really every dishonest play in the book.
I suspect the only reason they're not outright fabricating more stories - although they do, per the Project Veritas video - is that they simply don't need to.
