Absolutely. How can we ever reclaim our families at this point? It's like we need some absolute crazy flash point in politics, but there's no possible extreme example that would work for it. My entire family's been parasetized by Ostrich Parasitic Syndrome, same for coworkers, and for friends. What do you do then? Just become a hermit? I'm asking rhetorically, but my only solution is to actually physically distance myself from these people. It's isolating for sure, but it's better than living a lie for social acceptance.
