I have never seen a racist business leader actually put their money where their mouth is.
What has Starbucks done to help black communities? As we know, stable affluent businesses reduce crime and increase standard of living in areas they operate, so Starbucks should be opening their stores in the most crime-ridden, dangerous areas that exist near black communities, in order to assist in their transformation.
But obviously, they don't. Because they want to make money. So they cater to nice safe, gentrified neighborhoods primarily.
They don't help anyone, except themselves, so specific areas of interest won't really bother them much either.
Remember when they wouldn't even hand out free water during 9/11.
They stopped requiring you to buy something to use their restrooms a while ago.
It didn't work out well for them and I think they reneged on it.
Give obesity and diabetes to white people? I've heard that black people then to be disproportionately fat so it levels the playing field.
