because women dont have agency right?? were not supposed to treat them like adults??? She didnt close her legs and now she has a bun in the oven, what, do you expect the employer just to pay her wage for NOT working??

No woman, in this day and age (outside of horrendous circumstance) has an excuse for getting pregnant unless its planned, and all women should know that plan involves NOT working. Women need to grow up if this is their expectation.
