They are confused about the motives, as at least for myself it's not about the actual desire to see the butts in the game.

I couldn’t care less about Miranda’s butt. But censorship means a no from me even if the change itself wouldn’t bother me as a matter of principle.

I very much doubt this person would be okay with things they like being censored, but now they stand on some very shaky ground if they should ever complain about it.
