Haven't ever heard anyone say it's all the Jews fault. They engage in behaviors that destroy social trust at levels disproportionate to their numbers, though.
Calling it a genetic predisposition is a mistake, though. The fault is entirely memetic; there is a nearly-insurmountable victim complex which, when combined with a moral vacuum (Judaism is, increasingly, proving to be this just as much as atheism) gives apparent moral license to subvert and destroy for gain (personal or tribal).
Disagree. Thousands of years of the most successful among them being the most deceitful and parasitic towards their host populations would lend itself, at least to a margin, toward selection pressure. The fault may be partially memetic, but the same behavior that has drawn ire is every bit as present today as it was under Edward I or Hadrian.
