I don't think you understand how this works.
You don't get to ask for a magical hypothetical and then tell someone why their magical hypothetical wouldn't work because of real-world considerations.
Well of course, so just assume that your real-world considerations are taken into account in the magical hypothetical. It's magic, after all.
If you're actually interested in discussing possible solutions, that's when picking apart ideas with real-world considerations is useful.
